The Pharmacy Technician diploma program provides the entry-level skills necessary to assist pharmacists in the following:
- Preparing and dispensing medications
- Maintaining written and computerized patient medication records
- Stocking and inventorying drugs and medications
- Labeling and packaging prescription medications
- Demonstrating effective customer service skills
Diploma or Degree Tracks Available
The Pharmacy Technician program can be completed as a diploma program designed to offer you straight skills based training and get you into the workforce quickly. You also have the option of enrolling in the Health Sciences Degree Program and choosing the Pharmacy Technician concentration.
